Do you know how long your Zenyum Invisible Braces journey takes? When do dentists get involved in your Smile Journey?

Here's your Zenyum Smile Journey explained in a few easy steps:

1. Start your Smile Assessment: Answer a few questions, and take four teeth pictures. It only takes a few minutes!
2. Visit the clinic: Your treating dentist will examine your smile and take 3D scans and X-rays of your teeth.
3. Approve your plan: Once both you and your treating dentist are happy with your prescribed treatment plan, we'll start producing your clear aligners.
4. Attend a fitting appointment: Hooray! Your aligners are finally ready. Visit the clinic to try them on and see if they fit. Don't worry, your treating dentist is there to guide you on how to wear and care for your aligners.
5. Monitor your progress: During your Smile Journey, it's important to keep track of the aligner sets you've worn and to capture the progress you've made. Every Zenyum customer can monitor their progress easily on the Zenyum app.

First, complete a free online smile assessment to start your Smile Journey. You'll be asked to answer a few questions about your teeth condition, share your concerns and take four teeth photos before submitting your free assessment. This information is only a pre-assessment for booking an appointment into the dental clinic where a full assessment is then made to determine your suitability for ZenyumClear™, ZenyumClear™ Plus or ZenyumClear™ Extra.

Visit the dentist for a full assessment of your smile

If you're eligible for Zenyum Invisible Braces, you'll attend an initial consultation at one of Zenyum's partner clinics, where your treating dentist will complete a full examination of your teeth.

These include:

• A physical assessment
• 3D scans
• X-rays.

Each consultation should take about 30 - 45 minutes.

Receive a customised treatment plan designed by your treating dentist

After 2 to 3 weeks, you'll receive a personalised treatment plan based on the 3D scans and X-rays that were taken at the clinic. Rest assured, your treating dentist would have taken a close look at the treatment plan and made any adjustments to ensure that your teeth shift into the right places.

If you feel like your treatment plan needs improvement, simply reach out to our customer success team so they can schedule a free appointment with your treating dentist. Once both you and your treating dentist approve the treatment plan, your aligners will go into production.

Attend a fitting appointment to ensure your aligners fit well

Before you embark on your Smile Journey, visit the dentist to collect your clear aligners! You'll receive them in a handy box, with all your aligner sets conveniently and neatly arranged in a pull-out drawer compartment. At your fitting appointment, the dentist will perform the necessary procedures such as IPR (teeth shaving) and instruct you on how to wear your aligners.

Monitor your treatment progress conveniently on the Zenyum app

Simply upload photos of your teeth as instructed by your treating dentist, so that you can observe how your teeth gradually shift during your Smile Journey.
